accessories, has announced the appointment of Michael Polk as its Interim Chief
Executive Officer. This leadership transition follows the departure of former
CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore, who have opted to pursue other opportunities.
Michael Polk joins Implus at a pivotal moment, bringing an extensive background in the consumer
products sector. His previous roles include President and CEO of Newell Brands
from 2011 to 2019. In addition to his significant tenure at Newell Brands, Polk
has held senior leadership positions at Unilever and Kraft. He began his career
with The Procter & Gamble Company, setting a strong foundation in
operations and management.

Polk’s credentials extend beyond executive roles; he currently serves on the Boards of Directors
for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. His past board
memberships include Newell Brands and The Yankee Candle Company. Educated at
Cornell University with a degree in operations research and industrial
engineering, Polk also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
